A Scam That I Experienced

I’m usually a pretty smart person when it comes to scams, when I get a text or email, for the most, I know right away if it’s a scam or legitimate. However, there was one time when I was younger that it got the better of me. When I was around eleven years old, I fell for a scam when trying to buy a new pair of shoes online. Instead of buying shoes, I was scammed out of $120 of my saved up money. The website looked legit and used tricky ways to get me to fall for it and in the end all I got was ripped off. Now, I’m much more careful when shopping online and do my do diligence to make sure a website is legit before purchasing for them.
